"The shrewd lawyer and the skillful lock picker. The meeting of the two changes the 'law of the night'!" When the lock picker Izawa agrees to steal documents kept away in the safe of a law firm, he does not take the presence of the lawyer Sakaki in account. After being caught Izawa has no choice but to accept the bet Sakaki proposes - if he is able to open the safe in less than five minutes, he gets to leave, if not he has to do what the lawyer requests from him.
